Look in the back of your nail polish and see if it has the ingredients toluene or formaldehyde. If you see these words in anywehre ingredients then I suggest that you should not use this brand of nail polish, because the fumes are not good to breathe in. I know the brand nailpolish Wet & Wild are free of these ingredients.
