I need some advice about my real nails & pink gel manicure?

I have been making pink gels on my nails for the last 2 years. My nails used to be okay (not bad, not great). The reason I started getting freezes because my nails started to get soft, peeling and breaking. Last week, one of my artificial / pink gel breaks, and when the rest came out, my nails are very soft and the entire nail feels tender and painful. I wonder if others are like that and if it would be desirable for the gel made my flight and let them be natural for a time. The salon manicure uses a dremmel for filing that could cause the problems I encounter? What can I do to help my nails thicken? Is there anything else that freezes my pink nails will look nice without all the damage? I usually keep them on the side short / medium term and use a daddy (sugar pink Essie) for color. Ideas or suggestions would be appreciated!

If your nails are thin and weak should then should `t get fake nails in the first place ... because every time you get a full or complete .. they have to grind your nails .. which makes it even slimmer ..... My advice is that you should chill on the fake nails until your nails get thick again ... take a citamin called BIOTIN .. It should help your nails .. Hair .. and healthier skin ... also .. Ask them strenghtener OPI Nail .. it works and you can do by yourself .... just buy the bottle .. apply 2 coats and leave it for 2 weeks ... Remove the glaze so it can breathe for a few hours before submitting a new application ...If you keep this up .. you should see a huge improvement ... Believe me.
