I put two layers. I waited for the base coat to dry first, of course.
It is a kind of porridge & Soft.
Why is it not drying? Would it help to put a clear coat on it?

Ugh, I can not paint my own nails! I have to use false nails unless I use a very pure color, if I mess up the colors. I want acrylic / gel nail art, but I do not have the money right now.
